Overall size is approx 1580mm x 1240mm x 1400mm high floor size approx is 1500mm x 950mm it is made from 12mm tongue and grooved shiplap and round edge framing.... it comes with a solid sheet floor its all screwed framing, hand double nailed...NOT weak staples like most factory produced playhouses.... well made, solid playhouses it comes glazed with perspex it also will be felted with green mineral felt.
