VINTAGE LEGO TECHNIC CAR CHASSIS 8860 +

VINTAGE CAR CHASSIS LEGO TECHNIC SET 8860 1980s This is a genuine original Lego Technics car chassis from the 1980s code number 8860. I recently was in my parents loft and discovered my childhood lego technic sets It is in excellent condition ,think it was only built once at xmas It is all complete as we counted all the parts and checked the inventory on the peeron website http://www.peeron.com/inv/sets/8860-1 Box is generally in good condition, a little scuffed in places and bearing sellotape where box was sealed for safe keeping. It comes complete with the plastic insert trays and clear plastic cover. The instructions i have downloaded from Peeron as i have yet to find the original ones http://www.peeron.com/scans/8860-1/ This is an massive set with 662 parts to keep any Lego builder occupied for hours. At approx 18 inches long it is a must for any Lego collection and becoming harder to find in good condition. The model has lots of technical details including a flat four boxer engine with moving pistons driven by the rear wheels. Independent suspension to the rear wheels, rack and pinion steering geometry, differential gearing with 2 speed gearbox and adjustable seats
